How in the hell does any one contact a real person from help on eBay account
how the hell does anyone contact ebay instead of AI I need real help from a real person,,,

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

OP7 months agothere is not a chat request link just a contact ebay link that takes you straight back where you started at with AI does not give you a real person ebays has really went to the ,,,,,,,they are absolutely no help at all for anyone anymore

If we can't then I can give you tips on how to get past the bots once you tell us the topic. For example refunds, payouts, etc.

You might want to actually try telling us just once, here, where there are real people willing to try to help, rather than over and over again somewhere else where there are no real people, or where real people are not offering to help.
Perhaps with that information, someone may be able to actually help you, or to provide a better route to get help from eBay without having to wrestle with AI. Or a way to get what you want without eBay's help at all.
Aside from not being able to contact someone at eBay, what do you actually need help with?

Mentor7 months agoI am sorry that you are having a hard time contacting customer service. Social media is the easiest way to reach an agent. Unless you want to tell us what the problem is this is the most help I can offer>
I'll explain some general things that members often have trouble with. Your profile doesn't appear to be a seller so I am guessing that you had a problem with a purchase.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee has time limits that an agent can NOT override.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request on eBay. ( If tracking shows delivery to an address other than yours please let me know and I can provide advice on how to handle that problem)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a return request for most items and 3 days for trading cards and for items sold as for parts not working.
If a seller doesn't respond then you ask eBay to step in and help from the case on the 4th business day, but no later than 30 days or the case times out and you lose.
If the item you purchased is NOT in your purchase history then you made the purchase as a guest and have to file the refund request starting at the guest purchase email. First LOG OUT of your regular account and then request the guest purchase email from this page>Guest Purchase
Here is the social media info again in case you missed it. This is the easiest way to reach an agent and there is also not a language barrier.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
