What kind of problem?
It is likely the call center people won’t have your answer.
Ask the question here and someone will guide you to the correct way to contact eBay if they can’t answer your questions.

OP1 year agoI bought an item and it says delivered but it hasn't arrived to me and the address where it was delivered is not my address either?
