How get refund for confirmed counterfeit item after 30 days
SSD hard drive sold on eBay listed as Samsung brand. After drive failure, Samsung confirms drive is counterfeit. How can I receive an eBay refund or credit for selling me a counterfeit item that failed?

Unfortunately the eBay Money Back Guarantee is only 30 days from the date of delivery. An eBay agent can not extend this time limit or they would have to do so for everyone.
Your only option is a fraud chargeback with your payment method. The seller will also receive a much deserved $20 dispute fee.
