How ebay and Paypal DOESN'T HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS
Seller lied about delivery date and apparently ebay and Paypal DOESN'T give a crap, BE CAREFUL DON'T BUY THROUGH EBAY OR USE PAYPAL or the company

·3 years agoThat seller is dropshipping from Amazon (which isn't allowed), so it could be a problem there.
A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Mentor3 years agoeBay has a very good money back guarantee. Unless the seller can provide a tracking number that shows delivery, it is very simple for a buyer to get a full refund from eBay if the buyer acts within thirty days of the delivery date shown in the purchase history.
