On desktop here is 'advanced' search

Also, use the filters

On the app use filters, I don't believe you can reach the 'advanced search'

The advanced search link is next to the big Search Bar (in small type) at the top of most eBay pages. However, it is only available on the web version of eBay and not the app versions.
