how does seller change shipping weight/size after sale

Question

I sold an item and now realize that I did not allow enought weight/size. I would like to adjust and order a more expensive label. Doesn't seem to be an option to do that after the sale is final

Hi @adelebc123

When you click Get a label, you will be able to adjust the weight, and package size before completing the label purchase.

If your label cost is higher than what the buyer paid after you make your adjustments, you will need to absorb that cost. You are not allowed to charge the buyer more than what is shown in the listing.
