How does payout work?
I sold three items and have gotten two payouts but there are no more funds available and I have no idea why. I can’t understand how all fees etc are broken down. The long breakdown showing the breakdowns ia super confusing.

On this page look through the Recent activity file on the right: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
You will have to go through the details like every other Seller and confirm what Buyers paid and what eBay took for their Selling fees, any promotions you used, etc.
As a new or low volume Seller your funds can be on hold for up to 30 days so if you already received payouts for 2 out of the 3 items you recently sold then you are doing pretty good. That page will also show if you have funds on hold.

OP5 months agoI sold over $1700 worth of items (3 items), and granted some of that was taxes and fees etc, but only received around $1100 and I don’t think I got paid for one of the items).

Did you use the page link I provided???
You sold three items totaling $ 1,566.99 plus shipping in the last 90 days on this account, what I see for the shipping costs will be different from what your Buyers paid unless they are in my zip code. You can add what they paid to the total I just gave you but I doubt that will be $ 134 to reach $ 1,700.
Did you Promote those cameras through eBay? Did you have any Upgrades on the Auctions like Reserve price (you get charged a fee for that whether the item sells or not - I don't use that feature on my auctions).
We don't have account access here but see this type of question on a regular basis so we have to ask questions to try and help members figure out what they are seeing.

OP5 months agoI promoted all items and did a shorter auction time.

Auction durations of 1 & 3 days have a $ 1.00 Special duration fee charged each time they are listed. You will do better using 7 or 10 days ... 10 day auctions starting on Wed or Thurs gives you two weekends of exposure plus the auctions will end on a weekend day Sat or Sun when many folks are home shopping.
Promoting means a fee you paid as a percentage of the total sale and that fee is based on the following three things:
-The item sale price
-Paid shipping from the Buyer
-Any sales tax levied on the transaction

Mentor5 months ago@822928. I know that it can be hard to understand how payouts work.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.
If you click PayOut ID here, it will have a complete breakdown of that Payout:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/payouts
From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
etc.
There is a nice video on this page about how to find your fees: https://export.ebay.com/en/fees-and-payments/seller-fees/
Here is a help page where you can learn about selling fees:
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/selling-fees?id=4822
All of the deductions should be listed here:

Please look at the breakdown here of your payouts here:

Let me know if you have any questions.
