How does one stop a seller from selling products we shipped to him and he did not pay for?
*** is the seller, he has posted on here REF Stockholm men's products which we shipped him. He immediately put them up for sale.

·3 years agoIf you sold them through eBay, the buyer must pay prior to shipment.
If they were sold outside of eBay on a Net 30 account or on consignment, you will need to pursue collection methods that are typically employed by commercial businesses.
If they were purchased with a stolen card, or if the card payment was reversed, pursue criminal charges against the buyer.

Mentor3 years agoWhy did you ship anything before you got paid? Ebay can't do anything about that or that he is selling them.
