How does express payout work?
Hi can someone please tell me on the express payout (1.5 fee), do you still have to wait 1-3 days before getting paid? Or do you get it on the day the item sold & within 30 minutes?
Im signed up for the express payout however as of last week, whenever I sell an item, it’s taking an average of a 3 days or more, longer if on the weekend. I’ve gotten 3 different answers from 3 diff people when I talked w/ebay about this. The last one told me it has to go through processing 1 st which could take 2-3 days or more, even up to 15 days! Another one told me I wouldn’t get my money until the buyer recd their purchase & was happy w/ it…..what!!? Since when!? I just told that one they were wrong & they haven't done that since the early days. And the first one actually told me I wasn’t getting pd yet because they were “ revamping†the system with how they process our payouts & when all was said & done , it would be a more pleasant transaction getting paid…. Again, what!?( I was fine with how it was prior to last week.) and to expect my money that night after 10 pm, which I did not.
Since I can’t get a consistent answer, I was hoping someone on here could help. Also I don’t have any seller issues & have 100% feedback. Thank you for your time.
