How does buyer send back seller an item that is not hers. There is no money involved on her side.
I accidentally sent a buyer two dresses. She only ordered one, paid for it and is happy with it. The other dress was meant to send to a different buyer whom paid for it, but when she found out it would be delayed, she didn't want it due to the party being the next day. I refunded her money and she is happy. The first buyer doesn't know how to get the dress that isn't hers back to me. There is no longer any money involved. Do any of you out there know the steps she needs to take to send the dress back to me? She said that when she tried, Ebay was trying to refund her money! She is not sending back the one she likes, only the one that isn't hers.

Mentor10 months ago@boutiquejeanie Go to Pirateship.com and buy a shipping a label. Save it as a JPG and send it in eBay messages. It MUST be saved as a JPG and not a PDF
Pirateship charges the same commercial rates for shipping as eBay.

OP10 months agoI signed up for pirateship, but it would look like the label is coming from me. Do I ask the 'buyer' to do this? If so, How do I pay her for the shipping? Thank You

Mentor10 months ago@boutiquejeanie You download the label as a JPG. Then you send the JPG file in eBay messages to the buyer.
When you download the file make sure you select the save as JPG, it's automatically PDF.
