As a Seller. 20% re-stocking fees deduction from Returns. How do I go about this? Thanks

Mentor1 year agoebay eliminated charging a restocking fee years ago. If you are a top rated seller, or a seller with 30 days return policy, and the buyer returns an item in a different condition than it was sent, devaluing the item, the seller can deduct up to 50% of the refund.
