How Do Ypu Cancel A Fully Refunded Order?

Question

An item purchased is out of stock. I offered several options but never heard from the buyer. I fully refunded their purchase price but it is still showing that I need to ship the item and won’t let me cancel the order from my side. What do I do? Does EBay have a customer service number? Thanks so much for your help!

If you had more than one of the item and did not set up a Multiple quantity available listing, so that the listing would end when the last one sold. That too was a mistake. You could have cancelled the transaction your self which would have ended to listing and automatically refunded the buyer. However, c...
