How do you view an important message from buyer in mailbox that doesn’t appear when you click on it
There is an important message in inbox from buyer on an item I sold recently and was delivered but I am unable to view it, any suggestions?

Mentor1 year agoTry another browser or another browser mode to rule out a problem with the browser.
Try viewing the message in the eBay app.
If you have your messages forwarded to an email address, check your email.
