How do you update an order to delivered when you had to add an new tracking# to the order?
I have a couple orders that the tracking was initially entered incorrectly. I have since been able to add the correct tracking and they show delivered, but the order status is not updating to delivered. How do you get an order to update to delivered status? Thank you.
