It looks like your listings are set for direct international shipping.

-- If you do NOT want to ship internationally, do these 3 steps.

1) Make sure you are Not Enrolled in eBay International Shipping Programs here:

AND

2) Make sure to exclude all the continents/countries/places you do not want to ship to here:

- check the boxes and click Save

AND

3) Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a location you don't ship to. (Check the box)

- and Update block settings for active listings (check the box)

TIP: When you have the opportunity to enroll in eBay International Shipping, I highly recommend it. It is a win-win.
