how do you tell eBay that they are screwing up?
they told me item was delivered and it wasn't. it was coming from overseas so I searched found the SDA site that tracked it. the package is in "Centro Operativo SDA Cala Saccaia - Olbia", an SDA site in Sardinia in transit. so why tell me it was delivered?
I can't find anywhere to tell eBay they are screwing up

To speak to customer service, use the link on the left side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10
If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
