How do you speak to a live representative on here?
Can't seem to get my money back on here, and won't let you speak to a live representative for some reason, the seller keeps giving me the same automatic responses, computer generated.

OP3 years agoAn item I'm trying to return to seller but the seller wants my PayPal account #I don't have a PayPal account and that's not the way I paid for the item the funds should go back on the card that it came from, they keep giving me the same computer generated answer.

There is NO need to give the seller your Paypal info.
File an Ebay Return Request:
When you receive the refund, it will go back on your original funding source.

OP3 years agoThey have talked to eBay and eBay sent me a message saying I have to talk to them about a return label which they cannot send
 the message they sent me.

·3 years agoIf it's an International seller, they can't provide a shipping label.
They have to send you the money to cover the return shipping, that's why they want your Pay Pal email.
The refund will still go to the original funding source.

Have you read about Ebay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee?
Are you trying to file a Refund Request due to item not received or a Return Request if you received an item that you want to return to the seller?
