How do you speak to a live agent??
I've been trying to reach someone to speak to them about an item I sold and I'm 99% sure this person is trying to scam me.now they've left negative feedback. I can't get to anyone to figure this out. There are some red flags with this buyer and I don't want to agree to anything without talking to someone. And no matter what I type I cannot get to a live agent. I'm so frustrated. Please help!!!

·1 year agoTo speak to someone at eBay, you need to have eBay call you. On the link below, click on "Have Us Call You" between the time listed below the link. A representative will call back and you can talk to them about your problem. Usually doesn't take too long to get a call back. Since Covid, eBay reps have been working from home. You can't call them, but they will call you. Good luck, hope you can resolve this.
