How do you send offers to watchers I only have number of watchers -

How do you send offers to watchers - I only see the numbers of watchers - I do not see a edit - I click on watchers and nothing happen - Also how to you know what people are or did look at your items - I get these and I don't how they can do that - Any thing else will be helpful Thanks - Richard

They don't show who the watchers are, just the count. In the Seller Hub under Active Listings, just above your listings, it shows you how many listings are eligible to send offers to.
