If the size of the return package is unknown, how can you send a pre paid return label to a buyer?

Your registration shows you are located in Canada. If your buyer is also located in Canada, you agree to accept the return. The buyer receives a link to print out the return shipping label. When the buyer takes the package to the carrier, and the carrier scans the label, you will be charged appropriately. I believe most buyers will ship the item back using the same method that they received the item in.
