How do you return a item that was shipped from China
How do you return a item that was shipped from China and when I fill out the automated process it is in Chineese and eBay has no chat, call me, etc. feature to get any help

Mentor3 years agoWhat browser are you using? I use Chrome, and I can right-mouse-click and select TRANSLATE. When you made the purchase what was the ITEM LOCATION ? If it was listed as being in the USA, you are only obligated to return the item to that location.
If the seller is from another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.
