Mentor2 years agoI'm late to your post but wanted to reply.
If revising a feedback is that you're asking about, you cannot "retract a review."
If a buyer has left a negative feedback for a seller, the seller can ask the buyer to revise it. The buyer doesn't have to agree to do so.
If you (as a buyer) want to change your recent positive feedback left for a seller to a neg (or neutral), you cannot do it.
