how do you retract a feedback posted. Seller refunded due to a misunderstanding.

Question

Purchased a item, should have tried to return it. I posted feedback and seller did refund my money and now I want to retract my negative feedback I left them.

The only way you can revise feedback is to have the seller send you a "feedback revision request". Message the seller and ask him or her to send you the revision request. The seller link below explains how the seller can do that.
