How do you report seller this site is not buyer friendly?
I have messaged seller and he was very rude i told him i would not accept refund only on shipping becouse some items where broke. he refunded only shipping and i can get ebay to respond.....

Mentor3 years agoIf you received a broken item, return it for a refund at the seller’s expense. eBay can not force the seller to issue a partial refund, only a full refund when returned.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
After you get your refund, report the seller for the rude messages.
