How do you report a seller?

Question

I received an incorrect item and contacted the seller for a refund. Their policy states they will send me a label for returns. But the seller didn't tell me that and told me send it back at my expense and to include my private information, name ,phone number, address, email, etc. That is against ebay policy. The seller is going against its own policy by making me pay return when they sent me the WRONG item that costs $5. I paid them over $20 for what I ordered. No apologies, totally rude and mad...

If it is not too late, and you still have the item, you need to file a Return Request through Ebay.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œ"wrong item received" . Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
