HOW DO YOU REOPEN A "CLOSED CASE"
BOUGHT A HO SLOT CAR
MISSING FRONT BUMPER...SELLER DID NOT MENTION IT WAS MISSING AN ENGINE...I WANTED TO RETURN THE CAR AND I MARKED IT DID NOT LIKE (OF COURSE I DO NOT LIKE...IT HAD NO ENGINE) EBAY AGREED WITH THE SELLER SO IM NOT GETTING A REFUND OF $60 AND YOU CAN NOT.... REPEAT CAN NOT GET A CUSTOMER SUPPORT PERSON

Mentor2 years agoDid the seller have a No Returns policy? If so, the seller can decline the return for buyer's remorse. Didn't like it, changed mind, doesn't fit, and found it cheaper are all considered buyer's remorse.
You should have filed a Returns Request with the reason Item Not as Described. For that reason, ebay's 30 days Money Back Guarantee trumps the seller's no returns policy, and the seller will be required to provide a prepaid shipping label for the item's return.
What you can do now is file a returns request with Paypal if that is how you paid. Last option is to file a charge back with the credit card issuer if you paid with a credit card.
