How do you Remove a Bogus Bad Review
I am trying to remove a bad remark but the username of the person is alot of lettersNmumbers@deleted and it is for a listing I never listed, but the comments are bad "Don't buy from this seller" and I don't know how to get the bad review removed, there doesn't seem to be a way using the form to have bad comments reviewed and removed since the user doesn't exist and neither does the item. So, the form doesn't allow me to submit anything. Has anyone ever had this issue? How did you resolve it. I couldn't find a way to contact eBay freeform to ask, I'm new (< month as a seller) so I could use some advise, that remark bothers me that it is in my list of 1 of 2 so far reviews!! Thanks in advance.
