How do you obtain a W9 that belongs to Ebay?

Hello,I work for a transportation business. Our repair shop buys parts from eBay from time to time. Management is requiring me to obtain a W9 from any supplier we purchase from before they can be added as a supplier to our new accounting program. Has anyone successfully obtained a W9 from eBay or knows of any other work around?

Neither Ebay nor ebay sellers are required to provide a W9 to a buyer. Talk to your accountant or tax advisor.
