How do you let Ebay know about scam companies on their site?

I found an item on Ebay and when you send the seller a message or offer, they contact you from a different company saying they only use ebay to advertise.

I was foolish and signed a contract for the item, wired them the money, and received a bill of sale for the item that was to ship within a few days. The arrival day came and went and I contacted them and got an appology and assurance that it would ship within two more days and I would be contacted as soon as it did.

Since that time they have not answered the phone, returned phone messages, nor answered any emails.

I am sure at this point I am out $22,000 for this machine. but they are still advertising on EBAY

Go to the listing. There is a REPORT ITEM LINK. Right side, just above the item number. On the message they sent you, there is an ACTIONS button and you can then select to REPORT MESSAGE.

I'm sorry to hear you were scammed. Wire transfer is not an approved payment method for most transactions.
