How do you leave neutral feedback as a seller?
I cant figure out how to leave neutral feedback as a seller to a buyer? It only lets me select positive which it surely was not. thanks

Mentor1 year agoYou cannot do this. eBay only allows buyers to receive positive feedback with positive comments. If you leave a less than positive feedback comment and the buyer complains then the comment will be removed and you will receive a policy violation on your account.

Sellers have not been able to leave buyers negative or neutral feedback since 2008.
Neither can you leave positive feedback with negative comments.
Your best bet is to leave the buyer NO feedback for this transaction.
