How do you handle a seller that used fraudulent shipping info on 3 purchases and eBay says shipped
but isn't. I have verified with USPS and it was shipped via private store and returned to them. The seller has feedback of the same from others and also is selling counterfeit coins. How do I get eBay to have seller return money.
