How do you handle a screw up by eBay international.
Customer in Canada purchased a $170 book from me. I timely sent the book to the eBay international center in Illinois. Instead of shipping the customer the book, eBay shipped her someone else's automobile part. Customer tried contacting auto part place in Canada on shipping label to see if they got the book. No response. Customer initiated eBay return. eBay immediately found in my favor, noting there was proof they received my shipment at their Illinois center. Customer is now out the $170+ purchase price + over $50 in customs duties and is asking me for a refund of the $170.
I can't find any way to deal with a human at eBay regarding this issue. Any suggestions?

Mentor3 years ago@mtfloreani ok, then read it and if u still have questions, go to the bottom of the page to contact ebay. if u do the chat, type in 'agent' to get a live person instead of a bot

OP3 years agoI don't know. Whatever service requires me to ship the book to their shipping center in Illinois.
