How do you handle a customer returning an item under false claims?
this customer made all false statements about the conditions of my NEW item shipped to her and e Bay approved her return right away!

The few listings I looked at had 30 day returns, buyer pays shipping.
That means buyers can return for any reason, even no reason at all.
What is the return policy on the items being returned?
