Mentor1 month ago@ten-again-collectibles Since you had a break from selling of more than 90 days eBay considers you a returning seller and subject to new seller restrictions.
You can request a limit increase once a month on this page>

Just keep providing good customer service and following site rules and your limits will gradually increase.
