Mentor2 years ago@chap-7485 What reason did you use on the refund request? if you used the wrong one such as doesn't fit etc then it's a remorse return and you lose the case. You have to select wrong item sent OR doesn't match pictures or description.
Your only option now since the case is closed is to pursue other refund options.
If you paid using PayPal you can file a refund request on there for up to 180 days from the date of purchase. Or if you did not use PayPal then contact your bank or credit card for a chargeback for an item that is significantly not as described.
