how do you get money back
the buyer has admitted to having rec. the item and still keeping the money.
have talk to ebay tons of times about getting my funds back, they keep giving
me a run around about this. did everything they said to do and still have not return
my funds back. as far as i am concerned ebay and the buyer has both stolen my
money and my item. i want to get the funds back like yesterday this has been going on
since July called ebay every 2 weeks to start with and now like every 3-4 days asking
what year what day am i going to get the funds back. this buyer has done this several
times to other sellers. he is a thief. what to do now??

How did the buyer gain possession of both the item and the payment? [I couldn’t figure it out from your post.]
Did you refund the buyer before getting your item back … or something else?

OP1 year agoi got paid, then the post office said it never got mail it was stuck in area, even the official
web site that also, then the buyer said he rec. it this is where the nightmare begins
i never mail anything then until i get paid, so i went to the post office and they said it was
rec. to such an such address but their web-site was saying different then the buyer said
he rec. the item. this is how the buyer ends up with both money and the item. ebay keeps
giving me a run around this has been the worse in all my years doing this. hope this explains
a little better
