HOW DO YOU GET EBAY TO ACTUALLY HELP?
NO subject fits what I need help with! I was allowed to return an item with proof that it had come from a dumpster of a store.
I have the receipt of the return through the post office but for some reason, EBAY shut down my return before it had a chance to process. So now the seller has BOTH my money and the product!
When I try to send a message via the case number, it keeps throwing me back to the case being closed.
What the hades!?
