If you have 2 tracking numbers for your shipping, cancel the unused label.
If you don't have 2 tracking number, eBay didn't charge you twice. It's just double entry accounting showing all money coming in and where it went out.

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
Here is an example of an item I recently sold.
I got the buyer's money $9.99 for shipping.
I paid $10.00 for the label.
The $10.00 was taken from my funds immediately.
This summary is an overview of the transaction, I am not being charged again.
