OP3 years agoBuyer refuses to return article after full refund. Should have returned article before refund. eBay error. Buyer apparently has anger manage issues

Mentor3 years agoThis was not eBay's error. Either you refunded without getting the item back first, or you neglected to respond to the request before the deadline and so eBay refunded on your behalf without requiring the return.
Once refunded, the buyer has not incentive or legal obligation to return the item.

Mentor3 years agoYou can ask him and provide a return shipping label if he is willing to return the item, but he is under no obligation to comply if you refund before you get the item back.
The proper process is that the buyer returns the item (if you want it back) and when you receive it, THEN you refund.
