how do you get an email address and phone number for a customer?
Have to have a package re-delivered and the USPS must have both the customers email address and phone number.

The Buyer's phone number is on the sold item so that you can get BUT, I am not aware of what type of delivery service USPS requires the phone number AND email address for the recipient?!? Not that I know everything but for me this is a new one.

Just so you know, eBay views the first attempted delivery the same as though the package was delivered for your Seller protection.
