How do you get a live agent on eBay customer service?
Ironically my phone is broken I ordered a screen from eBay it comes tomorrow how do you communicate with eBay if the only way that they'll let you communicate with them is by talking or having them call you but your phone's broken so you can't have them call you it's an internet-based company and yet they don't have anybody on the internet to communicate with you you're able to make purchases through it they're able to take all our money but they cannot get a single person to communicate with you to get a refund back that you've been owed for five weeks when you finally do talk to a customer service cuz you use your neighbor's phone the rap is a total jerk and won't transfer you to his supervisor what do you do then they keep telling you you got to track down your refund why would you have to track down your how would I track down a refund if I don't even know what this doesn't make sense how does a person track down a refund they don't they didn't get if I can track it down I would have it so that doesn't even make sense

Mentor4 months agoIf you filed a case ("request") on Ebay regarding a transaction, you should have been able to ask Ebay to step in to help you with the refund within 21 days from the date you filed the request.
If you could provide details of your pending refund, we may be able to advise you. Refunds normally go back to the funding source you used to pay for the item or in the form of an Ebay gift card.
By the way, Ebay does not "take all our money" when a purchase is made. The money from an order goes to the seller and the seller is the one that owes fees to Ebay.
