How do you get a human on the phone?
I have gone back a forth for days. I received the wrong part. When I asked for a return, the seller sent me a Chinese return address that UPS and FedEx laughed at. The seller offered to look for another part but theynever got back with me. The order does not show up on my past orders so I can not ask ebay to step in.

Mentor2 weeks agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
If the item was sent from an address in the USA, you are only responsible for returning the item to that address.

OP2 weeks agoThey saved my way of payment. I wouldn't think they would do that if it were a guest.
