eBay has a solution for that situation ... it's a return claim using the reason does not match description or pictures ... file that and you will get a pre paid shipping label at the Seller's expense. It does not matter if the Sellers does not accept returns, that type of claim bypasses that setting. Once the return tracking shows the Seller has the item they have 2 days to refund you, if they don't go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in to force the refund.

Mentor3 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
