How do you deal with a product you buy that claims to be genuine but turns out to be a counterfeit product when you receive it?

Mentor1 year agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, counterfeit. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.

Mentor1 year agoYou have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described caseâ€. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions†click on “Return item†and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
