How do you contact the eBay Motors Selling Security Center

Question

Looking at a 2001 Honda Gold Wing 1800, listing for $1,200.00. Owner is a Helen Perry. Was told it is on eBay Motors Selling Security Center and that we would have 5 days to test item. We were also told to send the money to eBay first. And then after we sign documents the seller will then get the money. Is this true. Also if this is legit how do we get the money to eBay

@rhovie14 As you were told in your other post, it's an old scam. There is no bike, just a thief trying to steal your money. Ebay has nothing to do with items found on other sites.
