How do you contact someone at Ebay that has a pulse?

I continue to be taxed on the purchase of coins and money that States do not tax on. I have brought this up and it was "cleared" up once but seems to have raised it's ugly head once again. I'm certain the lawyer on the Ebay staff can validate this is illegal. So, you have to chat with an AI that has NO IDEA of what's going on....hey Ebay....where is the contact portal for customer service?????

This happens because the sellers are listing the items in the wrong category. They are listing in Collectable &Art which is a taxable category.
