I have bought a garden sofa with a cover. The cover is very tight and ripped when initially trying to put it over the settee. I want a replacement and cannot find a customer service number for eBay who advertised the item with cloud nine beingtheseller.

eBay can not force the seller to send a replacement, but they can make him accept a return.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
