How do you contact Ebay Authentication? Or an Ebay phone #?

I sold a BRAND NEW authentic Gucci sneaker shoe, stated clearly it is for an AMPUTEE and it is ONLY ONE SHOE in several places from the title, description etc. I do not accept returns. As far as I can tell it made it to the authentication place and they are returning it because of some vague reason, says the size doesn't match the shoe and/or box. I didn't send it in a box and I got the size directly from the SHOE.

My feeling is this person got overly excited to find Gucci for $130 and are too stupid to actually read the listing. Any suggestions??

@thebeachinbohemian I am sorry that happened. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to fight this. Once the eBay Authenticity center refuses to Authenticate an item for ANY reason there's nothing a seller can do. The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules your no returns policy.

All you can do is refund the buyer after you get it back and then sell the shoe on another site.
