How do you contact ebay
Want to return fake coin to china. The system says contact ebay if seller does not provide label, system says go here and ask ebay help. But upon going there it says I need to take action....send item back. How no mailing label and seller keeps sending tracking number from item purchased. Time runs out I am stuck with the purchase. Need to elevate but keep looping in circles with no means to contact ebay.

Mentor1 year agoWhen a returns request is made with Item Not as Described, the seller pays return shipping. Since the seller is located in China, s/he cannot provide a shipping label good in the USA. Therefore, the seller needs to send you enough funds to your Paypal account so you can purchase the shipping label. If the seller does not do that within 3 days of you filing the case, then on day 4 go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
