How do you contact a buyer who’s not responding?

The time to ask questions is BEFORE you commit to buy. If a seller doesn't respond to questions then it's best to move on to another seller that has better customer service.

You’ve used the words seller and buyer here, but I’m going to guess that you do mean seller, as stated in your title.

It woud help if we had more information. Is this a seller you are in a transaction with? Are you trying to contact them about returning an item? Is this someone who has an item you’re interested in buying and needing more information about?

If it’s a seller that you are wanting to buy from, there’s nothing you can do. Sellers are not required to respond to questions, although it would be good customer service. Did you recently buy from them, and are trying to get shipping information? Again, they’re not required to respond. If you’re trying to contact them about a return, you don’t need to, the return process is automated. You just find the item in your purchase history and open the return from there.
